What I’m working on right now

As of January 2026, my current focus lies on two equally important areas:

Websites as strategic tools Designing and building WordPress & Bricks websites that are not just visually strong, but clearly positioned, conversion-oriented and easy to evolve.
Business processes enhanced with AI Improving internal workflows using AI wherever it creates real value — reducing friction, saving time and supporting better decisions.

Across both areas, I follow my Ki-Mi-Wo approach:
AI is used wherever it adds value, human intelligence defines direction and responsibility, and everything is validated together with the client in hands-on, physical workshops.

This ensures that solutions are understood, trusted and actually applied in daily work.

How I work & what I believe

I believe sustainable digital solutions emerge through thinking together, not outsourcing thinking.

AI can accelerate, analyse and propose — but direction, judgement and responsibility remain human.

That’s why my work is built on:

Close collaboration instead of black-box delivery
Physical, interactive workshops with decision-makers
Open discussion of assumptions, limits and opportunities
Iterative validation before scaling solutions

My role is not to “deliver a system”, but to challenge, structure and co-create with the client.

What I’m deepening right now

I’m currently going deeper into:

Practical AI applications that teams can actually use in daily operations
Workshop formats that make strategy, AI and processes tangible
Connecting websites, automation and internal workflows into one coherent system

What’s next

Next, I aim to:

Further refine the KI-Mi-Wo methodology across projects
Develop repeatable workshop frameworks for SMEs
Work with business owners who value clarity, partnership and long-term thinking

Personal note

I’m driven by curiosity and the belief that the best results happen when people actively engage, ask better questions and take ownership of their digital decisions.
